How to Use These Winter Spanish Coloring Pages
Basics
For older students, use either the translated or immersion text versions. Learners will match the words in the text box above to the correct picture by writing the number in the small box.
Each version with text comes with with a visual answer key.
For coloring, I used the following colors:
- Clipart: brown, yellow, tan, purple, blue, green and red
- Boxes (optional): red, dark blue, magenta, and brown
Speaking Practice
Learners can sing, chant, whisper, or yell the words while they’re coloring!
Some sentences that can be used with these vocabulary words include:
- “Hay un/una/unos/unas ________.” (I see a/an ________.)
- “Quiero el/la/los/las ___________.” (I want the _______.)
- “El/la/los/las ______ es/son _____.” (The ____ is/are ____.) using colors, sizes, and other adjectives
Extension
Either before, during, or after coloring, you can also practice:
